At Seduce, we want you to fall in love with your purchase and wear it with gusto! If you find though, you'd like to return your purchase, please note the following terms and conditions.

Please note accessories (belts, earrings, shoes and bags) not included in all products sold online.

Selected styles sold seperately in store or online.

REFUNDS
Seduce does not issue refunds.

EXCHANGE 
We allow up to one exchange only per purchase for full priced items equivalent or higher in value and for items in original condition only within 7 days of delivery. All postage and handling is covered by the customer. 

SEDUCE does not exchange on exchanges, exchange items on credit notes issued for exchanges and we do not exchange on sale items.

We will allow up to one issue of a credit note per purchase and will not issue a credit note for another credit note. We issue credit notes for full priced items only.

GIFT VOUCHERS 
Gift vouchers will be sent within 2 working days and are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Gift vouchers are only redeemable at Seduce retail stores nationwide and are not redeemable for cash, only merchandise. If lost,destroyed or stolen gift vouchers will not be replaced.

We also take very good care when sending out your new purchase to ensure that it arrives to you safe and sound. Should by chance you receive a damaged garment, please contact us immediately within 14 days and send the garment to the below address, so an inspection can be carried out to determine an outcome.

SHIPPING
All goods sold online are sold within Australia only and will take up to 7 working days to deliver . For all fast track requests please contact our E-commerce Department. Postage within Australia is $7.00 and a consignment number is provided for all orders.  A signature is required upon delivery and parcels will be sent to your local post office if a contact is not available.

SEDUCE ships internationally for a postage and handling fee of $30.00. All international duties and taxes will need to be covered by the buyer and Seduce will only place the total value on all customs forms. Shipping will be up to 14 working days at a standard shipping method and may be faster depending on location.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Seduce goes to every effort to ensure that products are presented on the website as they appear in real life. Seduce will take no responsibility for colour variations due to computer monitors or different operating systems. We have provided a size chart for your reference to ensure correct purchase.

*Resellable condition is to be determined by the Seduce team. If we believe the garment has actually been worn or damaged by the customer, no refund will be provided.
